Common Council Announcements.

 

Announcements are limited to Councilmember activities, memorials, and non-political community events. Discussion of matters related to governmental business is prohibited.

10.

Consideration of one or more motions to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Secs. 19.85(1)(e) and (g) concerning the deliberation or negotiation of property purchases and other related public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session and with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, all concerning property acquisitions within TIF 42 for blight elimination and urban renewal purposes.
